Cancel within 3 days of buying a new plan for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds return to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
After 3 days
- Shared hosting: pro-rata refund for unused full months.
- VPS: VPS plans are non-refundable once provisioned, except where required by applicable law (this matches our Terms — the Terms are the policy document).
- Domain purchase: domains are paid to the registry immediately, so they are non-refundable.
When refunds don't apply
- Accounts suspended/terminated for terms violations (spam, abuse, illegal activity).
- Free trials or promotional credits.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed manually by our team via the payment gateway dashboard — there is no instant or one-click refund. Log in to K Host and go to Billing → "Request refund", or write via the contact form with subject "Billing". Please include your order ID. Approved refunds return to the original payment method in 5–7 working days.
